The house is set in eight acres of land surrounded by countryside and is within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor, the Jurassic Coast, beaches and the Eden Project. Escot Park ½ mile; Ottery St Mary 4 miles; Westpoint 8 miles. Nearby golf courses include Woodbury Park, East Devon and Honiton. Excellent fishing can be found locally.

superb accommodation.

Charlie and Julia Hutchings enjoy entertaining their guests, along with the help of their young daughter, Joanna. Charlie has considerable experience having worked for the Savoy Group, The Halkin and St James’s Club in London. Julia spent many years working in Hong Kong and America and has brought a wealth of ideas from her travels. The attention to detail will make your stay both comfortable and memorable.
