Seating can be arranged around a boardroom table, or informally with sofas and easy chairs. The room measures 7.5 x 4.2 metres (25 x 14 feet), has French windows onto an attractive walled garden for use in clement weather and there is an open fire for cooler days. There are double doors leading into the sitting room measuring 5 x 4 metres (16 x 13 feet) that may be used in conjunction with the drawing room. There are two separate telephone lines, TV points, ample power sockets, superb lighting and a very peaceful atmosphere. The house has wi-fi, so laptops will work anywhere in the room or garden.

A light lunch and afternoon tea can be arranged.
