Larkbeare Grange Bed and Breakfast offers luxury en-suite
accommodation in a beautiful Georgian house.


Each of the four rooms has its own personality. All are en-suite and finished with thoughtful little extras, not to mention extremely comfy Vispring beds, smart TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, individual heating controls and direct-dial telephone. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with paraben-free Eco Boutique products; which are Cradle to Cradle certified, enamel double-ended baths, separate walk-in high pressure shower and well-lit, heated wall mirrors that ensure mist free use. Towels are kept warm on heated rails and you can even make a telephone call from the bathroom.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and good mobile reception.

VITAL STATS

  • 10% discount for three to four consecutive nights, when booking directly with us or on our own website*.

  • 15% discount for five or more consecutive nights, when booking directly with us or on our own website*.

  • Rates are per room, per night and include English breakfast.

  • Whilst we make every effort to assign the room you book, on occasions we may need to adjust the allocation.

  • We ask for a minimum stay of two nights.

  • We accept cash and most credit & debit cards - or bank transfer. We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50 per room per booking. However, if you book three or four rooms for the same stay then we would ask for a 50% deposit of the total cost at the time of booking.

  • Check-in anytime from 4.30pm to 9pm and check out by 10am.

  • The beds in the Suite and West room are 6’ wide 6’6” long – these two have the facility to divide into twin beds. The beds in the South and East room are 5’6” wide 6’6” long. More information is available in our Accessibility Guide..

  • We use 200 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and goose down duvets from The White Company.

  • Let us know if sheets and blankets are preferred.

  • Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 9:00am, Monday to Friday and 7.45am to 9:15am at weekends. We use local and home produced foods where possible.

  • Cancellation policy: Reservations may be cancelled or amended without a further fee provided they are confirmed in writing by both parties five days prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or amendment, a charge is made of 65% of the total booking.
